It does not matter which success-stories you analyse (business or personal); the foundation will always be focused training and continous practice. I will support you in getting ready for success by teaching you the most efficient and powerful “High-Performance” training methods to achieve maximum mental and physical strength. The aim is not to make you an Olympic champion, but to help you achieve maximum results by investing a minimum amount of time and money. My exercise programs are focused on endurance, strength and breathing – giving you the perfect balance of sound body and mind. The program is suitable even for sessions in the office, while travelling or at home. No expensive equipment needed!
“High-Performance” Training-Methods:
Based on years of personal training experience and in consultation with a team of experts in this field I have developed simple but highly effective training methods which would help you to use the tools efficiently everyday. The target is: minimum effort and maximum effect on your mental and physical strength to help you achieve your aims! Depending on each situation, I will use modern biofeedback elements, breath-trainer (e.g. Spiro Tiger) and other training methods and tools to get you in shape in no time.
