Success is a journey not the goal.

Ten Golden Rules for Success and Inner Balance!

  1. You can only reach your goals, if you know your current situation.
  2. Describe your goals positively and avoid being negative.
  3. Ask yourself honestly if you are chasing your dreams and not those of your partner, your parents or your neighbour.
  4. Define milestones along the way and take time to celebrate each one achieved.
  5. Stress is a matter of interpretation. Avoid fear of failure and strive to be in control of your own situation.
  6. Mental power can be trained just like a muscle. Having mental strength is the key to being in control of your situation (see 5.).
  7. Physical strength, endurance and good body-balance are the basis for success in our daily life. With simple but effective exercise you will become more energetic, robust and agile for the challenges ahead.
  8. You don’t need hours of endurance training to have a strong and stable metabolism. Achieving the right balance between regular and correct training is the key.
  9. Most food-diets do not have a lasting success. The balance between calorie-intake versus energy-consumption needs to be your focus.
  10. Love it, change it or leave it! It’s entirely in your own hands. You are responsible for your success or failure. Make sure your destiny is in your own hands and act – NOW!
